Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account and associated data from FlexiAssist, please follow the steps below:

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1 — From within the app:

  1. Open FlexiAssist
  2. Go to Settings → Scroll Down
  3. Tap “Delete My Account”
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2 — Via email:

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  3. Include your registered email address in the body
  4. We will process your request within 30 days
